Service Use

  3. Property and Belongings: The Company is not responsible for loss or damage to personal belongings. Clients should ensure they have all their belongings before exiting the vehicle.

Limitation of Liability

  1. General Liability: The Company’s liability for any claim arising out of the provision of services is limited to the amount paid by the Client for the services.
  2. No Liability for Indirect Damages: The Company is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
  3. Force Majeure: The Company is not liable for failure to perform services due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of terrorism, or government actions.
